SMARTER Finance for Families is an Horizon2020 project for the implementation of ambitious but practical Green Homes and Green Mortgage Programs in 12 European countries, involving 17 green building, energy, research experts and other organizations to those who lend these projects. This idea creates a huge opportunity to improve the health, environment, quality, comfort and financial viability of Europe's new and existing housing stock.
