Το έργο Bioenergy4Business (B4B)

Το έργο Bioenergy4Business (B4B), που χρηματοδοτείται από το πρόγραμμα Horizon 2020 της ΕΕ, υποστηρίζει και προωθεί την (μερική) υποκατάσταση των ορυκτών καυσίμων που χρησιμοποιούνται για θέρμανση με διαθέσιμες πηγές βιοενέργειας (pellets, θρυμματισμένο ξύλο, άχυρο κλπ) στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.

"Εξοικονόμηση Κατ' Οίκον": Μεγάλη έρευνα για το παρελθόν, το παρόν & το μέλλον του προγράμματος από το B2Green.gr

Tο B2Green.gr με την υποστήριξη του Εργαστηρίου Ήπιων Μορφών Ενέργειας και Προστασίας του Περιβάλλοντος του Α.Ε.Ι. Πειραιά Τ.Τ, πραγματοποιεί έρευνα για το πρόγραμμα "Εξοικονόμηση Κατ' Οίκον", με αφορμή την ανακοίνωση της μερικής επανεκκίνησης του προγράμματος για τις εκκρεμείς αιτήσεις, αλλά και την έναρξη του επόμενου.

Proposed ASHRAE/ACCA Standard for energy audits open for public comment

A proposed joint standard from ASHRAE and ACCA, establishing consistent practices for conducting and reporting energy audits, is open for a 45-day American National Standards Institute (ANSI) public review. ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 211P is open for public comment from 5 August to 19 September 2016.

International Energy Agency presents new data about the market share of renewable energy

According to data recently released by the International Energy Agency (IEA), between 2013 and 2014, the world production of renewable energy grew by 2.6% representing around 1/7 of the total Primary Energy Supply (TPES) of 13,700 Mtoe.

European Commission recommendations on promotion of NZEBs

On July 29th 2016, the European Commission released its guidelines for the promotion of NZEBs and best practices that, by 2020, all new buildings are NZEBs. Nearly Zero Emission -or very low amount of energy requirements- Buildings (NZEBs) represent one of the key measures set by the European Energy Performance of Buildings (EPBD). The concept of nZEBs will apply from January 2021 onwards (from January 2019 for public buildings).
