Technical consultant of the Greek Ministry of Rural Development & Food in the framework of the Operational Program “Agricultural Development – Rural Reconstruction” of the 3rd Community Support Frame

CRES provided technical consultancy services for the implementation of the Action 7.8.3 "Renewable Energy" of the Measure 7.8 of the Operational Program “Agricultural Development – Rural Reconstruction” of the 3rd Community Support Frame. In particular CRES carried out the followings:

• Preparation of the Implementation Guide (Scope, eligible costs, conditions of approval of investment projects, evaluation criteria).
• Evaluation of the investment proposals.
• Technical assistance in monitoring, energy audits and receipt of the approved projects.
Totally, 14 projects were approved by the Ministry, concerning small scale renewable energy installations (photovoltaic, wind and biomass) for producing electrical energy or heat.
