Estimation of the technically and financially exploitable potential of RES/EE and determination of the energy policy financial measures in order to support relevant investments;
Results analysis required to plan energy policy for RUE/ES;
Drafting of the legal and institutional framework for RES/ES;
Elaboration of environmental and land-planning issues considering RES.
