Antonios Plemmenos is a lawyer and management executive and is a graduate of the Management School of the Graduate Industrial School of Piraeus, of the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as well as the School for Non-Commissioned Management Officers of the Greek Air ForceHe has done postgraduate work (MPhil) on forecasting and planning in human resources at the University of Hull (U.K.) on a scholarship from the Greek State Scholarship Foundation. He took part in seminars at the National School of Public Administration on personnel management and improvement of productivity and efficiency. He speaks English. He worked for seven years in the Greek Air Force and then occupied management positions for many years at the Agricultural Insurance Organization where he had administrative and legal responsibilities. Mr. Plemmenos is a consultant on business development, particularly concerning financial, legal and marketing matters.
