Mr. Dimitrios Magkoutas graduated from the Electrical and Computer Engineering department of National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with postgraduate studies in Services Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). Since 2004 he is working as special advisor at the Ministry of Development for energy issues. He is a member of the committee for the National Strategic Development Plan in the field of Energy and Natural Resources and in the committee for the Planning of the Energy Production, Transmission and Distribution System in Greece. He also participates in National Council Experts’ Committee for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. He has also been member of the Management Board in a group of companies operating in the energy sector. He speaks English and French.
